Halcyon. A bird fabled by the ancients to breed in a floating nest on the sea at winter solstice and to charm the wind and waves into calm for the purpose.

We made it! I’m still here to tell the tale.
I like to write each day so it is a reflection of our day, blow by blow!
Seasickness and tiredness are my excuses,so retrospective it is.
Maybe there will be some post truths now the dust has settled so I’ll ensure the skipper has proofread or proof heard the script!
